Welcome to the return policy of Blythe Living. We want you to be completely satisfied
with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your
purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process. This policy explains our return
process and any applicable fees.


1. Eligibility for Return: You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery
if it meets the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original condition and packaging.
  • The product has not been used, assembled or installed.
  • The product was not custom-made or personalized to your specifications.


2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us by email and provide
your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a
return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.
Please note that we may require photos of the product or other supporting
documentation before approving a return.


3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We
recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance, as
we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Please pack the
product securely in its original packaging to ensure that it is not damaged
during transit.


4. Refund: Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets our
eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within
30 business days. Please note that we do not refund the cost of original
shipping or any expedited shipping fees.


5. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective
product, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the
issue as quickly as possible, which may include sending a replacement
product or issuing a refund.


6. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for a return, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Mattresses or bedding products that have been removed from their original
  • packaging


7. Changes to this Policy: We reserve the right to change this return policy at
any time without notice. Your continued use of our website following any
changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is deemed to be non-
resalable. Items requiring assembly must not be assembled in any way or
they will not be accepted back. If you no longer have the original packaging
and/or have assembled the goods then we will not accept the return. You
will also need to repackage the item/s to a standard that they are protected
for return, also providing a photo as proof. Your refund will be forwarded
within a maximum of 30 days from the cancellation. This time period is to
allow the furniture to be returned, inspected, and administrated
accordingly.
